I've had a problem for a long time.
I'm fixing to just order a whole new stove.
That'll teach someone to make me wait this long again.

Way, way back when my parents were just pretty much starting out, the linoleum in the kitchen was bad and she really wanted new linoleum. My father kept putting it off and telling her that they couldn't afford new linoleum.

As a last resort, she painted the linoleum. Many years later she told me about it. She said you never want to paint linoleum. She did get her new linoleum shortly after the painting episode.
