Man, dudes...I heard fireworks last night an no one around here even recognized the SOUND....they listened twice....thought they could guess what kinda shots were being fired...it's 10:41 here now.

Last night I heard one of the free-range bulls bellowing up by the road, then a rifle shot. It was full-on dark and the bull stopped his carrying on. No one else lives out here. I didn't go look, but you gotta wonder... (prolly poaching deer & just scared off the bull, shooting.) Didn't hear any vehicles, though.
