I would not put mayo on eggs in anything except potato salad.

First of all, how does “thicker” in any way make this less disgusting.

Second, setting aside that nearly all forms of mayo are revolting, do you not see how fundamentally weird it is to fry eggs in oil and then top them with more eggs and oil?

No. It isn't weird at all.
But I fry my eggs with just a little cooking spray so they aren't real oily.

No fried egg with mayo here...
Dont tell me you put dollops of mayo on your fried eggs too.

That is certainly your prerogative. I found my maternal grandmother's potato salad disgusting. I really like my mother's potato salad.

Hard pass on mayo based potato salad. German hot potato salad is bomb though
