I dont think we've ever unstrapped one.
Do I tell the mex to do so?
Shizzle...
I don't know how big yours is. I do so cause if we really needed it that's one less step. And one less thing floating around busting stuff up under it. If you do keep the winch hooked up so it doesn't float away. In may 1995 in the fire service we rescued people with a boat I had at the time. The water was so high we were pulling up to second story windows to get people out
If yours is a size that its manageable you may want to if it's a big open water boat it may be more hassle than it's worth and unlikely itll float. One of mine will run in just inches of water

Flooding tends to kill a lot more people than the winds.
 oh wow! That actually does make sense though since people probably drown or whatever when it hits their house? But it seems like the winds could hurl stuff at people or collapse things? But I guess if you’re inside maybe it wouldn’t be as big a risk? They both seem bad since it seems like you wouldn’t wanna be out in a boat while it’s going on?

Trampoline has been taken down. Most little stuff has been picked up.
Grass mowed.
Mex just left to go fix the horses up and fill up the gas cans.

He hasn't even started either generator yet.
:he:barnie:barnie:barnie

My dishwasher is running and my floors are clean. I can't help myself. I opened a can...its 5 somewhere.

@sdm111 @Ursuline Chick Are you staying put?

Still a tad early to start them, no? he’ll probably start them when he gets back maybe? Hopefully 😂

And I forgot about the horses.... are they gonna be okay!? :fl

What do you do with the rest of the animals? Do you bring the birds inside or?
