I always thought that was interesting too. When I went to Minnesota I about froze...15 below was not in my comfort zone. Other people who are used to "dry heat" come to WV and cant stand the humidity when it's really not that hot when you consider the temps where they live. Anymore we don't get much snow...just cold weather and wind.I'm sorry, I just couldn't let windshield slide by.
With the humidity where you are, zero really is cold. With the humidity as low as it gets here, zero is not bad at all. With Kiki's humidity, I doubt she would survive zero.
