Franklin is more into the mountains than we are.

Honestly if we get snow anymore it's a treat. I envy some of the counties that get more (as long as I'm off the road, LOL).

It’s near OH and Maryland, PA, Delaware, Jersey which all are! So is too ONLY the very northern part though.
