You almost make me look forward to winter, Saff. I will try to keep your poetry in mind as I trek up the hill through the blizzard with feed and water... 🥰
You go out in a blizzard!? do you not have a water heater thing out there? I would check and fill everything before the storm :D and after hah

I have a spice shaker loaded with pumpkin spice. A sprinkle into my coffee satisfies the craving. Esp if there's a bit of cream involved. 🥰
I had to go buy pumpkin things tonight after the discussion 😂🤣 I suddenly really had a craving for pumpkin 😂🤣 the grocery store did not have any pumpkin stuff so I had to go to Dunkin 😂🤣 they had LOTS of stuff! :D I got a muffin and a donut 😂 that satisfied it. :D I’m good for a while now lmao

Warm pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream... *drool,* great, now I need to clean my desk.
I don’t really like pumpkin pie oddly but love tea, muffins, donuts etc 😂🤣 the store actually did have a pumpkin pie but I hate pumpkin pie lol so thankfully Dunkin was open and I found myself some pumpkin things 😂🤣 now apple pie and I agree lol soooo good with the ice cream on it. Or cherry.

Ever had chocolate pecan pie? Deeeeeee-lishhhhh. :drool
I also really like pumpkin cheesecake....

I'm curious...what do you consider bitter cold?
For me it depends on the time of year, In summer, 32° is trending toward uncomfortable outside but in winter it feels warm out. I most likely wouldn't bother with a jacket unless it was windy. Just a long sleeved liner with a t-shirt over on most days. Once it gets closer to zero, I add a flannel shirt and maybe a jacket for short trips outside. You get used to it.

Wind changes everything. I have an oilskin for wind and driving snow. That 💩 I can do without, esp when temps really start plunging. 🥶 So, bitter cold? Around -15 I start feeling kinda bitter.

... Dear goodness. I thought that I had cold tolerance, but it seems that I was mistaken.
Well, then again, at least fifty degrees Fahrenheit isn't "bitter cold" to me... er, no offense *cough* Kiki *cough.*
