Ah. I see.No, I strongly considered giving it an angry face.
Look up bee keepers in your area. Someone will likely be willing to come look. If they're bees, they're a treasure. Someone will want them. If wasps... spray the inside of the hole with copious amounts of something to be found somewhere on the biohazardness continuum. We have some bees or wasps or something under the eave/corner of the garage in the garden. Actually kind of in it. There’s a hole in the corner they come in and out of. They don’t seem to bother anyone when we walk by the path next to them or care that we’re there so I think I had ruled out wasps? But they’re darker than honey bees I think but hard to get a good look at them as I don’t dare get too close. They’ve been there several weeks or longer and are always in and out.
Hmmm I wonder how I managed to do that...This is the second time today I have seen this. You quoted Nabili's post but it is saying that you quoted Overo Mare's post. It is linked to Nabiki's post
No biohazards are required to kill wasps or bees. Both can be killed by spraying with a very soapy mixture of dish washing soap and water.Look up bee keepers in your area. I don't know how you did it. I do know how to do it intentionally.Hmmm I wonder how I managed to do that...![]()
Indiscriminate killing is wrong. She does not know whether they are bees or wasps. Do not indiscriminately kill things. Either way they are pollinators and are valuable and necessary in the grand scheme. If they are causing a problem and are honeybees, they can be relocated into a hive. If they are wasps and are causing a problem them they may be destroyed.
I think it is a problem with the site today because I have seen it a ton of times and highly doubt all of those people are doing something wrong to produce it.I don't know how you did it. I do know how to do it intentionally.
You don't differentiate wasps from bees by their color. Wasps have a "wasp waist". The thorax and abdomen connect through a very narrow waist.
That’s exactly my thinking as well. So far they haven’t been aggressive at all and just mind their business so I don’t want to harm them. I figured they probably pollinate too since they are right in the garden. At first I thought they were wasps until they didn’t attackand then I thought they were bees but I think they’re too dark so idk.
I love it!! It's great, especially with the bikini of the week ...Ok so here’s the Friday reveal (hopefully will be able to see more of it when mr muddy is able to take the pictureI just ran out and grabbed a quick selfie in between storms!
