F-words.
So many effing F-words.
I can't find Lefty. No feathers or anything, but Ran has one foot bleeding and is limping. I found some of her feathers, but no sign of Lefty.
The handsome lady-killer has just poofed into thin air, just like Shade, Eclipse, and Kirby did a month or two back.
F-words.

Another F word - Frittata (mini frittatas, to be exact)
I made these for breakfast. Male roommate won't eat anything remotely nutritious, so that's an extra one each for me and the female roommate.

Ohhhh what's your ingredients list for that yumminess?
Are you a sour cream, cream cheese, or yogurt infuser to such delicious looking stuff?

Quail eggs are pretty rich, so they don't need any of that stuff. I cooked up 2 slices of bacon (pre chopped into small pieces), then when they were just getting crisp, I added onions and broccoli to sautee up. I added those to 48 quail eggs that I'd beaten lightly with a bit of pepper, then poured them into lightly greased ramekins. I sprinkled cheese over the top and baked at 350 for 30 minutes. I think 25 minutes would have been better.

Not necessarily. There are clumping bamboos that are not invasive at all. I'm looking at planging red dragon bamboo for privacy at my new place.
The bamboo I know of is the "spreads like a weed" variety. Alas, I know that there are several flavors but, didn't have knowledge of the growth styles and as such my ignorance was very obvious there eh? I normally could show you a picture of our bamboo forest that has spread over the last decade plus.... More then doubling it's footprint on ours and the other neighbors lots around the bend in the creek behind our house.

If you get running bamboo, it will take over everything and be really, really hard to get rid of. Clumping bamboo is a different story. I hope my neighbours don't react with panic when I plant clumping bamboo between our properties.

Hey, this has been a great month. 2 of the 3 recipes I've scored from BYC chat threads are @Nabiki 's woohoo.

I like to cook. I make stuff up with whatever's in the 'fridge or kitchen all the time.

You want a delicious, super simple teriyaki recipe? Take equal amounts sake, shoyu, mirin, and sugar. Mix them together. If you want it thicker, simmer until it reaches the thickness you want.
