Uhhhhhh, your compass is a wee bit off @MROO mid-west has a literal line on the continent. Last time I looked the Mississippi River was said "line" hense the prefix of "mid". Your suggesting east coast to lower New England area silly goose.

You'll likely be surprised by ours. The sorayfoam insulation that envelopes the house is fantastic. It's a 2 story and the last 2 months bills have been right about $240-250.
