Thank youuuuu! :love :love they were hahah I’ve been on a big egg kick again lately lol I mostly stopped eating them for a while but now I’ve been making egg sandwiches, scrambled eggs, omelettes, even French toast the other day lol 😁🥰
Please tell me, how did you learn to not burn eggs? I have a serious problem with burning fried eggs. They generally turn out looking like pancakes. I don't mind the looks, it's the chargrilled flavour that puts me off.

I don’t really have a secret, mostly just started paying attention more :lau 😜 but also I think it helps too to have it a little bit lower temp and cook for longer rather than really hot cause then you don’t burn it as much. Although I actually prefer my fried eggs a little bit crispy tbh because I HATE the soggy, rubbery texture of the whites otherwise so it’s a very fine line between crunch and burnt hahah for scrambled and all others though I just watch it close and also practice a lot 🤣

Yeh ok that's a good point. Lower temp but cook for longer. Hmm I definitely need practice lol. Mine are crispy for sure, eugh!! I actually used to be a massive egg fan. The most I had in one sitting was 7:oops:. I am a pretty strange person though and I guess it would ruin cholesterol levels after a while.🤣

Yeah it’s worked well for me lol plus I don’t use the phone or go sit down now 😂🤣😂 I’d probably like yours lol I used to forget about mine and make them just totally charred and inedible to the point even the dog wouldn’t eat them 😂🤣 now they’re just barely crisped on the outside lol but not hockey puck 🤣

I used to LOVE eggs too and then one day i just lost interest lol and they actually made me nauseous for a bit too. But now I seem to be able to and interested in eating them again lol I used like six one time for scrambled eggs 😂🤣 though now I usually use 2-3. Today I used 4 hah

I’m sure it’s bad for cholesterol especially loaded with butter and cheese 😂🤣

I’ve cut back lol

Although lately sometimes I have eggs for lunch or breakfast and then again for dinner.

Definitely on the stovetop, you want to use a lower temperature. The fat, vegetable oil, evoo or butter used for cooking the eggs will each require a different heat/temperature setting.

Did you know you can cook scrambled eggs in your microwave?
Crack two eggs into a microwave safe bowl and whisk the eggs mixing yolks with whites. Now whisk in a tablespoon of milk and a tablespoon of water. Place in the center of your microwave. Cover with a paper towel or loosely covering with plastic wrap. I use level ten for one minute. To add grated cheese simply cook for 30 seconds, add the cheese and finish the other 30 seconds.
