Love owls. I've got a pair of Hooters (Great Horned Owls) that live here fall-early spring.

They're really fun to listen to. The yurt is really great for hearing wildlife. The coyotes get going, then this idiot starts howling.

To your point, I've heard my dad howl many times. My crazy came directly from him. My mom is a rational, straight forward saint. They're an odd couple.
