It is pissing me off. I can not understand wtf these people do not proof read stuff before they issue it.

The garbage thingy is hyperbole, I believe. Might be something about the neighbors and all that, but I don't know what.

The "huan," makes me think of the wolf (I think that's what it was) in The Silmarillion. Never read the book, but my friend apparently has an obsession with it and she sometimes jabbers at me.
