I have a strong dislike for windstorms.
Always make me think that a tornado is going to come down despite the fact that we're surrounded on all sides by woods and more woods. Can't go more than fifty meters in any direction without hitting a tree. Maybe thirty.

I just made bison stew in the Instant Pot. It is amazingly juicy and tender. I like being able to saute the meat and cook it all in the same pot. I'm heating the oven now for the bread to go with it.
