I used to have an angus named Hamburger. My dad called her that cause she seemed not to be able to have calves so she was useless to him. I think he auctioned her though, I don't remember her ending up in freezer camp. Then again, I could just be blocking out the memory of how delicious the sweetest cow I ever knew was or something. :/

Was 36°F here this morning.

My mornings do not usually require me to walk halfway across the pasture. Of course it would have to be today. The coldest day we've had in a hot minute.

Have another downed cow. I can't keep seem to keep her up. Looks like she'll be getting "helped" this afternoon. Heading back out to get her up again. This will be the third time. She really hates my guts today.

One of my Japanese Bantams is broody yet again. Freaking Kolachi seems to have a surplus of hormones.

On another note, we'll supposedly be getting temperatures of 33F tomorrow.

My sister's got a weird bird that was supposed to be a BB Red but he has a gamebird head and a Yokahama tail and he's bigger than the rest of them.
