It was all my own eggs I stuck under the broody so she did all the work. 6 Pullets and 3 cockerels wish I always had that ratio

Having a broody is soooo much easier!!!! And dang that’s a good ratio!! So far I’ve had 1 female out of 9 chicks (so 8 boys ) and then the opposite with 1 male out of 9 but then again 4 and of those were sexed females. But still. Could have been wrong and 5 we’re straight run. I was terrified to get straight run after my previous track record with my first hatch haha I have no idea what these newest 4 are yet.
