I don’t think it’s so bad to have an occasional sweet thing as long as it’s only occasional and a very small amount. My problem is that it is neither occasional nor a small amount right now.
I don’t know how often occasionally would or should be, maybe even once a month would be okay? Or every few? Idk.
But I just know that if I try to deprive myself and go “cold turkey” so to speak on the sugar while also telling myself I can never ever have anything sweet ever again, I will fail. Which I don’t want to.
