I know but I’d also be healthier if I cut way back 😂🤣

I don’t think it’s so bad to have an occasional sweet thing as long as it’s only occasional and a very small amount. My problem is that it is neither occasional nor a small amount right now.

I don’t know how often occasionally would or should be, maybe even once a month would be okay? Or every few? Idk.

But I just know that if I try to deprive myself and go “cold turkey” so to speak on the sugar while also telling myself I can never ever have anything sweet ever again, I will fail. Which I don’t want to.

Gotta do it slow. How often do you eat dessert or sweet food for breakfast? Count them up for a week. Cut that in half to start with. Once you've gotten used to that for a month, cut it on half again. So on, and so forth.

I don’t usually eat breakfast. I usually just get a sub or PB & J or something though today I did make real food. My biggest thing is the late night snacking. And guess going to bed might help with that too 😂🤣 but like afternoon/evening/night I eat a lot of it sometimes. I usually try to be good and eat actual food before dessert though. I think I need to start keeping track of my food.

You have the worst habits! But you know that. I won't lecture. You know what you need to do, but it's up to you... or you become a land sea cow once you hit the dirty 30s.
