I have some quail feathers stashed...I am trying to figure out how to put them on my cardboard mask for tomorrow.
I have a feeling it is going to look worse than a toddlers doing.
Glue. I used nail polish as a sort of secondary glue, not the main sticky-stuff.
Start from the outside and work your way in. Take your time, and only put glue on the calamus -- the hollow bit -- and a bit of the fluff.
Good luck!

I don't have enough feathers to cover but a small potion of the cardboard unless I help a few quail.
I will pick up some super glue in the morning and work on it.
Actually maybe I should run to the dollar store now and look for some fake pearls to glue to it too.

We are about to get a long essay about how wrong we are, but not really, but she's trying not to, but still... 😬
She has actually been doing really good lately about not writing books.
Really good.

That sounds amazing!! :love although I am not much of a dancer lol I would probably trip 😂🤣
Fake it.
Just spin around and stomp your feet like no one is watching.

I don't dance much, either -- I occasionally dance a bit to some really "get up and move!" feeling music, but I don't do actual dancing.
There's a class for ballroom dancing at a college an hour or so away, though... hm... then I'd have one more thing to add to my signature summary.
That sounds fun! Years ago, like in middle school, I took a ballroom dancing class. Pretty sure my entire class did haha

I got an idea.
You and her both can stop eating ice cream together and encourage each other, in real life, to move more!
Or I could threaten them with the friendly Spook.
He bites people's legs.
Poppy will go for pretty much whatever's in reach, including, but not limited to, legs, feet, arms, shoulders, necks, and chests.
The girl's drawn blood before.
Anyway, yes, friendliness can be terrifying... I'm sure that it would motivate dear KDOG nicely....
Excellent ideas! :lau although she doesn’t eat ice cream I don’t think but idk. But definitely eats everything wrong. Like I used to. Fast food, processed snacks, soda, etc. they legit drink like entire liter bottles in a day or two. And buy like all their food at the dollar store I think she said. But I’m not even sure if she knows it because she was telling me about all these other people and how much weight they’ve gained or lost or whatever and idk if she realizes it? And I don’t wanna crush her so idk.
