Kiko the Rooster is homeless

Handsome Kiko the Rooster, moved onto my property, and although I felt honored that he chose to live here, I am a flight attendant, so I am hardly ever home. It breaks my heart to see him alone all day, and at night he hides in a tree. There are raccoons, foxes, and coyotes here. Besides, it is winter, and although I’m in Northern California, it is unusually cold, and it will only get worse with the expected heavy rains.
Please can anyone take him to a proper place? He is getting attached to me, follows me around, and loves attention. Please help.

You will do far better advertising him on local FB Poultry groups and your local Craigslist. Good luck finding him a home. Someone more than likely dumped him when they realized they had a cockerel on their hands.

Agreed on posting on Craigslist and FB. He looks like a really nice Rhode Island Rooster.
