killed my first predator last night

Heard some squawking, dog started barking, so I grabbed my .22 and went outside to see a possum walking around the run trying to figure out a way to get in. Aimed for the head and got him! I'm kinda proud of myself now,

congrats on the kill. possums arent usually something you would suspect to kill a chicken, but they are quite viscious

Good job. I'm still trying to get a couple of possums that have been on my front porch lately eating food out of the cat dishes. I've gotten one so far, and I know theres atleast one more but I think its 2 or 3 more.
