Killed them, how to cook them????

I put some jerk seasoning on them and stuck them in the roaster. I then browned some potatoes in butter. Maybe 15-20 minutes or so. I placed them with the quail and added some chicken stock to cover. I slow cooked the mix for about an hour. I think if I do it again I will try to wait 1.5 hours for it to cook.

I enjoyed one big bowl then felt guilty. Hopefully I will be enjoying leftover quail later today.
Christine is already asking how soon we will be doing the next batch.

I would really like to try stuffing them but my daughter is worried she can't clean them well enough and cuts them in half.
