Bluesub, I've only read a few if I've had time. I spend way too much time at work. As for catfish and shrimp I only use farm raised, there's too few left in the wild! Sourland you're a cook too? Cool! Apparently I didn't know as much as I thought I did.

Yep, Sourland is the cook. The Princess cooked the first 25 years the past 23 have been mine. In my next life I am going to be a gourmet cook and own/operate a world famous restaurant.

Wow! 25 years, and I've only been cooking since my mid twenties, 18 years. I"m working on becoming a true gourmet cook, I love too cook but I also love to eat! Just as long as I don't become a chunkenwaddle.
