Kilvern chicken mash recipe please?

I have been trying to worm my 5 pullets they hate the taste of Kilvern in water I have tried honey, molasse and apple cider vinegar they love ACV in water by the way but I don’t want to force a tablet down their necks and I don’t like the idea of grabbing them either, has anyone got a sure fire good mash recipe with Kilvern in it please?
