Where can i get a seagull?
If they are legal,(almost rhymes!)
and if they make a good pet

To the best of my knowledge seagulls are not available to be legally owned due to Federal government regulations regarding migratory birds.

Being close to the beach I have to weigh in, Seagulls are idiots. Seriously. Just my two cents.
