I was lucky enough to catch one! After a few pictures, videos and huggles I released him back to the wild.
I used french fries to lure this seagull.
The trick is to hold the potato in your fingers so the seagull has to fly to you to steal it.
When you're feeling confident and you're luring the most attractive seagull, simply grab it's head and somehow clasp it's body without allowing it to fly away.
This is how I caught the seagull pictured.
