Every year my kindergarten class hatches eggs. It is such an exciting time of the year. I am starting this thread so the families can share in the experience. Enjoy!
These are our eggs, We ordered the Rarest of the Rare assortment from McMurray. I am really excited to see them hatch and see what we got. (I have seven more on another pallet) It is a bit of a guessing game at this point but I'm hoping I can figure out what breeds some of them are once they hatch.
I know we have a couple Ameraucanas. Other than that it is a mystery to me. If you have any guesses please let me know!
The kids each named an egg. It's always really interesting to see the names they come up with. This year we have a "Stud" "One Direction" and "Chocolate" among others. Some of the staff also named eggs.
We started incubating on April 10th.
Some of the eggs are in this small incubator and the rest are in a larger one. I will be updating this thread soon with some more pictures and hopefully some videos.
