King quail keeps limping

Hi ppls
So my king quail is limpin and his leg is swollen.
Anyone got any clues? I gave him a tiny bit of anti-inflammatory medicine ment for dogs that the vet prescribed me for my duck. I'm not sure if I feel comfortable taking him to the vet as the vet is not avain certified nor is it good with smaller birds.
Any help?
(He's in a smaller cage in my aviary to reduce running around)

It could be a sprain, in that case he’ll need lots of rest.

I'm guessing injury. It doesn't look bad, and quail heal fast, so he will probably be okay.
