Hi all,
Should I’d be worried about this king snake living in the retaining wall next to our house we have pretty old chickens but not laying stage and not fully grown I searched it up and they’ve said they can eat young chickens I think the chickens are about 12 weeks old should I be worried thanks.?

King snakes are non-venomous, however they are known to eat other snakes, both venomous and non-venomous. That said... if you decide that the snake is a threat to your flock, please relocate it instead of killing it. But if you think your birds are big enough that he doesn't pose a threat, might be good to keep around.

I don’t think you need to worry about a king snake. They eat much smaller things than 12 week old chickens and they shouldn’t eat your eggs either. I have a 3 1/2’ speckled king snake hanging around my coops. The only snakes I watch out for are rat snakes. They will eat your eggs.
