Solviss was a little slower due to the extra weight on his back, but he kept up nicely. They stopped at the same spot deep in the woods where Solviss and Winter first took refuge.

Solviss bent down and let Winter down to the ground gently. Tithae sat in Solviss' old spot under the tree.
"Is everyone alright?" Tithae asked out loud, and then panted. "That was close."
Solviss turned around and surveyed the landscape, making sure it was safe. After he was satisfied about their situation, he plopped down on the ground and breathed heavily.

He glanced up at her. "And, you?"

Still chuckling and now turning red, he moved his head to the side. "I fell off the rock while I slept."

She helped him mount the horse and carried on walking, looking for something that looked like a healers.

As they traveled deeper into the city, it was too dark to notice anything. Some people walked by every now and then.
William sighed, showing disappointment.

Solviss looked at them both, and said, "I completely forgot the other reason why we went back." He lightly slapped his forehead.
"I can get it out if you want," Tithae suggested.
