He felt the same feelings what Winter felt from him. He hasn't felt this much comfort since she was accused of shooting him with an unknown attack. The entire experience was welcoming and enjoyable.

Winter rested her head on his shoulder, happily. She had honestly never been hugged before and it was a wonderful experience.

Solviss positioned his head to the side a bit to make room for her head to fit comfortably on his shoulder. Afterwards, he rested his head on hers and with his free hand, he stroked her hair.

The day went on raining, thundering, and the wind blowing. Solviss and Winter continued to cuddle each other in order to stay warm from the chill. Some of the elves walked out of their huts and at one time glimpsed over at them but did nothing and just retreated. The ground turned muddy and some of the canopies fell apart from excessive water buidling up. Luckily, it wasn't the one Solviss and Winter was under.
"This looks bad," Solviss mentioned slowly to himself. I wonder when this one will break if it continues to rain like this, he thought.

Venus headed up the hallway and stopped at the first door she came to, unlocking it with the key. She then handed the key to William. "Pick a room."

William graciously received the key and eventually found a room, two doors away from Venus'. He opened the door and went straight to the first bed he saw and plopped onto it.
