I am reading that there are no limits to the number of hens you can have in Kirkwood Missouri city limits, is this correct? I do see where you cannot have a rooster though is this correct? Only looking to get around six but I just want to make sure I'm following code, I did leave a message with the code enforcement officer but she has not returned my call.
