I miss H.E.B. And that's an envy inducing collection of cast iron.

Me too (sigh) but I have smaller H.E.B.'s around the DFW area, which is a couple of hours away but they are NOTHING like the H.E.B.'s that are in Central Texas (Waco, Killeen, Austin, San Antonio) I miss those!

I am told that I should seek treatment for my cast iron addiction! I just love it! I love old kitchen stuff. I have lots of copper kitchen stuff too.

This one guy I use to know has the biggest cast iron collection that I have ever seen OMG! It is unbelievable. I will have to look for his pictures, his collection is seriously jaw dropping!

You can get cast iron pans in any state shape, they aren't just like the one from H.E.B.

I would never pay the price they want for these.... WOW!
