My dominique actually has a messed up rose comb where the spike is inverted. So hers just looks like a lump with a hole with a tinier lump in it.

I don't think that there is anything that you can feed them but I know that @FluffyLambs would die her chickens pink with mulberries. https://www.opawz.com/collections/semi-permanent/products/semi-permanent-dye-shocking-pink this is a link for pet safe dye but this will last quite a while.
