Knock kneed

Does anybody have experience with birds ending up knock kneed? We have 4 month old leige fighters. My kids brought them to the fair last week. The last day I noticed one of the splash pullets was standing funny. I thought maybe she was stiff from being in the exhibitor cage. Got her home and she's been running around knock kneed since. She seems like she has no care in the world. I don't know if there's some way we can try to strengthen her legs? Any ideas? She won't go into our breeding pen now, but would like her to be comfortable long term.

Could you post any pictures of the legs from the front or back? Valgus deformity can occur in one or both legs, and in both legs it can resemble knock knees:
