Knot on Chickens Head

This appeared last weekend. It was a huge knot on her face right next to her waddle it was purple then. Since then its went darker and it has gotten smaller but its still there and I havent a clue what to do. She is healthy still bright red in the comb and waddle, still at normal weight, nothing out of the ordinary. I just want it gone. It may have been a spider bite maybe I dont know any suggestions on how to get rid of it?
