Kool Seal Elastomeric for floor coat?

I've read about using Blackjack Rubberized Roof coat for the floor of the chicken coop. I have a 5 gal bucket of Kool Seal Elastomeric and was wondering if it would work about the same? Wanted to see if anyone had an advice or insight on using it.

So no one has any insight about using the Kool Seal. I'm having trouble finding Blackjack! Ugh!

I don't know why it wouldn't work. I have no experience with Blackjack and had never heard of it before seeing it on BYC. What are you going to use as litter on the coop floor?

We ordered Black Jack 57 in at our local Ace Hardware. They seem to have affiliated stores all over the US.

It was not available anywhere else in our city of 250,000 people. Not Lowes, Home Depot, small lumberyards, large wholesale construction supplies, etc. Nowhere. But Ace Hardware ordered it in and we picked it up with no shipping charges at their store in about a week.

I did order it from Ace and had it the next day!!
That stuff is amazing. There is no smell that lingers at all once it dries!!
