kooshball... boy or girl?

meet Kooshball, our month old black cochin bantam...

just wondering what you folks think it is... we are leaning towards pullet, because a) we hope it is, and b) it seems to have feathered out quickly, and its comb hasn't really developed at all since we got it at the beginning of a month... more pics

Im not very good at this yet, but Im gonna vote pullet. I was told if you look at them from the side and see no comb definition then it is probably a pullet. Dont know if that only applied to certain breeds or not but that is what I was told.

I would say pullet because it looks like she is relaxing on your arm, cockerals don't do that as much.
