Lab testing for eggs

I'd like to see how my eggs compare to store bought eggs. Is there a lab you can send an egg to to get analyzed? You know, nutritional value and what not. I've read that Vital Farms eggs are higher in this or that. Our eggs have a much darker and bigger yolk than theirs, so I'm curious.

I have to agree with you. They certainly don't want to know how much better our girls eggs are!
