I am straight up terrible at determining gender. That being said, I tentatively vote cockerel.

Depends on your area, check craigslist for pricing.

Both are cockerels and no one buys males they are always free around me

The man who runs the feed store and where I got them says they are female. He looked at them yesterday. I will wait and see. They display no rooster behavior. People here do buy them if they turn out to be male. This store has a wonderful reputation and the folks are very knowledgeable but we shall see.
