Two days in a row I have got an egg, white in color and lots of bumps, size is good.
All my birds are brown layers.
Having abnormal eggs is not uncommon to me, but thought I would ask.
Other chickens and eggs are normal.
Is something wrong with the Chicken or is it just a phase?
All are acting ok.
Thanks

Eggshells like that could be caused either by a defective shell gland, incorrect feeding (too much calcium) or stress. Stress also causes lack of pigmentation on eggshells and in some cases other egg abnormalities, so I think that may be the cause here.
