Anyone remember that movie he was in where he played a teenager on drugs whose father had to kill him in self-defense?

I remember watching Ice Castles .... (pause for sighing) .... and I remember thinking it would have been a better movie if HE had slid headfirst into the music stands. If she had ever had the foresight to 'accidentally' whack him in the head with her skate blade while doing a spin, I would go out and buy the DVD.
