About 2 hours before the hens usual bedtime, Husband suggested we get them into the coop due to approaching storms. We had to carry them in and no sooner than we got in the house, the tornado sirens went off. None here, but a really hard downpour. I think they will forgive us. :)

I saw the big black cloud coming over, so went to check that I had closed the me door on the coop. All the birds were already in the coop and on roost. Except for Brave Little Hen and her cohort. Big Roo was going nuts trying to get them to go in lol. He isn't a very forceful roo with the bitties

Hope you survived the storm unharmed! We spent time in Cave City and Campbellsville work camping. Is that near you?

Yep, just down the road from Cave City. Outside of Bowling Green. And we did fine. Lost a few branches. The biggest pain is I'm trying to get some wood ash for the dust bath and it blew the cover off my firepit. Sooo, today I burn again lol.
