Lady or Gentleman?

We bought 3 Gold Laced Wyandottes and 3 Sapphire Gems from Rural King. They are now about 4 weeks old. All but one has nice tail feathers. One doesn't really have any. They were sold as pullets but this one seems different. What do you all think? The one circled is the one in question. The middle picture is of another one that has more tail feathers. In that picture the one in question is in the background by the fence. Bottom is the one I'm asking about too. Thanks for any help!

Sapphire gems are cool. Males are barred. You have pullets.
