So today I found a puddle where there should have been an egg, and on closer inspection, it appears to be egg white. There's a tiny bit of leathery soft shell in it, but no yolk to speak of. One of my hens was eggbound a few weeks ago, but she laid the egg in the night, and she has been pretty much fine since though it was a week or so before she laid again. She seems to have a few poopy streaks on her butt, but all three of my hens are acting fine. Any suggestions?

Sounds to me like they need more calcium in their diet, You could buy some oyster shell and feed that free choice for a bit. The chickens may have eaten the egg, especially if it was soft shelled.

All chickens can do this at one time or another, especially new layers. Most of the time people don't see these shell-less eggs before the chickens devour them.

I add oyster shell to their food every few days, my new hen has laid a soft shelled egg once, but it could of been from rehoming her.

Ehh i cant really tell without more details, but i would agree either it broke, or the other chickens ate it, not really positive without more details.
