Lakenvelder question- edited to add pictures

Oh good! I can still hold out hope that he is a SHE! Those Lakenvelder roosters are gorgeous but I don't need any more roosters.
 
I'm thinking this baby is a roo, because the feathers along the back and the bow of the wing are developing last. That's a clue to the roo'ness of other breeds, so it ought to apply to Lakenvelders too.
