Paul and Rachael had been waiting for an opening so they could make a effective attack as soon as they entered the fray, but now decided against that and charged in right towards Lark. But before Rachael could do anything, some dark cloud surrounded her. It lifted her up and then shot her off to the right. She slamed into a tree hard enough that she could hear a number of bones break in her wings and legs. After she landed on the ground, she looked at her injuries and made a decision. She sent a mental message to Kate "Kate, this is Rachael. I'm in no condition to fight right now, so I want you to use my powers for yourself. Use them to the best of your abilities and we will win this..."

Her claws simply cut through a layer of fat that helped protect him against the cold. He sank his teeth in further and stretched her neck out further to make her bleed out faster.

She began to to chant a dark spell. The two were surrounded in a dark gas. When the gas vanished it revealed the two were far away from the others. "Your not so strong without the rest of your team here to help you"

Kate seemed unbothered "Your dark magic will not help you" She said coldly "All your powers, are now mine." With a sly smirk, she stripped Valasca and Valhalla of their power, harnessing them for herself.
