They arrived back at where Megan and Jason were, but the seal wasn't there any more. Karen asked Jason where the seal had gone, but Jason said he never noticed that he had left. Rocky walked over to Megan's side and began to help heal her. He looked around and noticed that now Rachael was gone too. Then he recieved a mind message from Rachael "Rocky, don't worry about me right now. Focus on helping Megan."

A sizeable wolf came around the corner and growled "Lark, call them off and let Kate go." As he opened his mouth to reply, the wolf growled again "I didn't ask, I told you to let her go."

Kate braced herself for the landing and landed hard on her paws, skidding backwards until her claws caught and she stopped herself. She moved with lightning quickness, feeding off of Valhalla's powers as she launched herself back at the Owl.

"It'll last longer then yours!" She snarled, leaping into the air and grabbing Valasca's talons in her jaws, slamming her back into the ground.
