"Thanks!" She replied, yelling over the wind as they were going almost 40 miles an hour. "Hold on!" She yelled as they began to take off into the air, taking care not to hit Pacu with her wings.

"Woah!" Pacu yelled as he began to slide back

Thistles quickly levelled herself to prevent Pacu from falling off. "You okay?!" She asked urgently.

"I'm fine" He chuckled as he scooted forward

 

[OwlLover]

"Okay." She replied as she rose higher and higher into the air. "Hope you're not afraid of heights; 'cause we're going to go to about 8,500 feet into the air."

Maria watched them leave, a dark feeling in her gut. She darkness Vlad had implanted in her, she noticed, was still there.
