Lakia (RPG) ***Upcoming Plot twist.

Vlad had returned to his sleep

Gina and her team returned back later with Cairo, Derek, and Scyene.

"So, Gina, are we going to go look for my team sometime within the next year?" Cairo sneered, his voice dripping heavily with sarcasm.

"Cairo, will you please please PLEASE be patient for at least a nanosecond?!" Gina asked, exasperated. "I've got to make sure Vlad is secured!"

"Huh?" Cairo, Derek, and Scyene asked in unison.

"We've captured Vlad." Gina replied, hardly any emotion in her voice.

"Gina, this is GREAT!" Cairo exclaimed as a huge smile grew on his face.

"We've done nothing." She replied blandly. "We need to get that dragon, Valasca, Valhalla, and most importantly, this Lark I keep hearing about."

"Oh, him. THAT scum

" Cairo snickered. "He's a naive moron who thinks he can take over Lakia by himself because he possesses this crap called 'dark magic." He sneered as he finished the last two words.

"Well, he's growing in power. I've got a supersized pterosaur on her way, she should be here within 20 minutes at max, though even with her on our side its still going to be very difficult. He's got half-breeds, hell hounds, and a giant dragon on his side." Cairo's eyes widened as he heard of the dragon.

"Dragon..?" Cairo was shocked. "I think I know who this dragon is, Gina..."

"Huh?" She asked, puzzled.

"Sasha, Guardian of the House of the Elders." He replied. "Kate said that Valasca has gone dark, and I believe Sasha has as well. When I was a slave for Vlad they said that, in a last ditch effort they would resort to corrupting the guardians into believing that they were fighting Lakia instead of saving it."

"Well, that's good news." Gina said, her voice a little happier. "Not only does this mean we will not have to take more lives than we need to, they're running out of defense. So once we've converted the guardians, we'll basically just be on a straight run to taking Lakia back for good."

"The only problem is converting the Guardians." Kate replied, leaning against a tree on the far side of the clearing. She had arrived silently, and had kept hidden until this moment "Valasca and Valhalla are in my care, aswell as the Owl the Cairo captured. I'm not sure yet exactly who it is, but I'm quite sure he's someone important."

"I believe we'll need to get the person who put them under the spell to break it. Thing is, we need to know who it was who put them under it." Gina said, after noticing Kate.

"I bet it was Lark." Cairo sneered at the thought of the tiger.

"Well I highly doubt that Vlad, or Lark will remove the spell." She replied, feeling the cold bite marks on her throat where Lark had pumped the venom "Ya know, I've been thinking. Why rescue the Guardians? Why not just defeat Vlad and let Lakia move on, with us as its leaders?" Her tone was mild, but serious.

Gina was silent for a moment, deep in thought. "That actually may not be a bad idea. It'll be practially impossible to convince them to break the spell."

"But Gina-!"

"Lou, be quiet." She snapped. "We're doing what's reasonable. We can't keep running around in circles trying to convince Lark or Vlad to break the spell holding the guardians. Trying to convince them is only going to prolong the inevitable."

"The only thing Vlad and Lark have as an edge over us, is the Guardians. If we focused our efforts on simply destroying all of them, it would be much simpler."

"I've got a plan." She replied. "I'm breaking up my team into 4 groups, one for each of the guardians and one for the half breeds. Once we've taken them we capture Lark, and then this war will be pretty much over once and for all."
