Rachael, completely unaware of the horrors unfolding back at the den, was still looking for Yugi. She finally thought she saw movement on the ground below, and dove down lower for a better look. Shrinking down to only 3" tall, she appeared to be just a sparow flying through the trees. It WAS him, and he was in a shoot out with sme of the other humans! She realized that he really HAD abandoned them to help the Lakians when she saw that 4 of the other humans were laying dead on the ground...make that 5. She flew up above the trees, grew to 10 feet, and swooped down and snatched him up out of the potentialy deadly situation. She started flying back towards the den...then they both saw a Patriot Cruise missile hit an iceberg right near the den...

Evander launched himself at Maria as her scream filled the air, shoving her out of the way of the falling ice chunks.
